Guys if you have not done this, than do it now. Did it all in less than a half day.

The lady at Neteller advised me to go this route.:youmad:

Probably going to do this as the deadline being pushed back to up to a month for et's is uncomfortable.

How much in fee's do you pay to withdrawal per dime?

Also, if you want to take a dime out, do they take the fee's right off that so youre getting back 900 and some or what?

thank.

The max you can withdraw to your card is 1K a day. $2 gets deducted, so you have $998 on the card. Neteller charges another $1.50 per transaction at the ATM and you also have to pay the ATM its fee, usually another $1.50. So if you can only withdraw $500 per transaction at the ATM, you pay about $8 per $1000.

$980. My bank does it in intrevals of $20 only. It was $998 after Neteller fees and I think another $2.25 for ATM fees.

just applied for the card without filling in any forms:

Your NETELLER Card application has been received successfully.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and shipping.

Your NETELLER Card will be mailed to the address specified in your account.

card will be here in 3 weeks so should i go ahead and cancel the pending eft now, or wait to see if the eft goes through by the time the card even gets here?

So, do you lose that other $18 or so? Could you maybe just move $985 or so to minimize the loss?

Go back to your neteller account and go back to the section where you apply for the card. Does it say your application is pending approval or does it say it was succesful/approved?

I thought there was a long delay in processing new ATM card requests...I am just gonna sit tight waiting for my EFT I guess. Don't need the money right away as long as I don't get stiffed...

Neteller's investment group finally answered an email from me from a week or two ago.

(When you want answers, write the investor relations and pretend to be interested in investing)

Basically, it sounds as if their US EFT processors won't do business with them anymore.

I'll quote:

"At this time, our ability to provide US members with withdrawals is
significantly reduced. We assure you that restoring withdrawal options
for you is our top priority. In the meantime, your funds continue to be
safely maintained in trust on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot
determine how long it will take to restore our withdrawal systems.

Please continue to visit our US Member Update at
http://updates.neteller.com for the latest information about NETELLER
and its service to US members.

If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service
Department at 1-888-258-5859 and we will be more than happy to assist
you. Please choose option #0 then select option #1 from the phone menu
to be connected directly to an agent."

mine did too. Cancel it by a phone call than it will show up in your neteller account. You can take 1k a day off of it. So around 3 days for it to be all in your hands.

He means his neteller card is pending approval. Mine has been pending approval for 3 days now. I emailed neteller asking them what the deal was and they said they are experiencing a high volume of card requests and that my application will be approved as soon as possible. but I have seen people on this and other forums state that they were instantly approved and received a confirmation email of approval immediately after application - and these people applied after the time that I applied. I have emailed neteller again calling them out on this to see what the deal is.

Have you ever bounced either an EFT or Instacash to them? Someone I know couldn't cover the instacash and it resulted in an NSF. Afterwards, you have to recertify the Neteller account by depositing the bounced amount and then making another successful deposit after that. He never did that, so his Neteller account isn't certified properly. He was told his account is not eligible for a Neteller card. Sucks for him because he can't even make a deposit into Neteller at this point to try and recertify his account.

Same thing here, in pending state for 5-6 days. I called the VIP line, they said they'd email the cards dept for me to get it expedited, but nothing happened. Very frustrating since other VIP's are getting approved right away.

The big picture is still confusing, but here's my story.

I had 2 EFTs pending, one from 1/16 and one on 1/17. I just called the VIP line and the CSR said that she could cancel the one from the 17th, but would have to e-mail their IT department to cancel the one on the 16th. I told her to go ahead and cancel just the one from the 17th. 30 seconds later its status had changed from 'Pending' to 'Declined' and the money was back in my account. The whole thing took 5 minutes.

Good luck guys.

The Neteller ATM card is the way to go............I had 8500 there and have with drawn 1k per day for the last 5 days....after the fees you end up with 998, big deal...I glady would accept paying $10-20 for each transaction to get 980 to 1000 until i have the majority of the 8500 in my pocket...........3500 more to go...............Cris is sending bank wires, just have to wait 7-10 days but you have to WD 10K or more....no longer any problems from this camp

Thanks Wilhiem !!

seems like everyone is a VIP at Neteller, i guess it doesn't buy much these days. maybe i could trade in some of my points to speak to someone in customer service who could give a straight answer.

the thing that pisses me off is that neteller should have something on their website explaining the delay, or at least send clients an email letting us know what our options are (cards vs. efts). i'm sure non-americans are still fine and dandy with the service, but in my opinion such conduct is reprehensible and does not bode well for the future of the company.
